This Mayan ecological reserve shows you the flora and fauna of Tulum and all the natural treasures it has without having been modified. Different activities will put you in contact with nature such as taking a tour accompanied by an expert, participating in a ceremony like those that were done in the past to request the permission of the gods and enter their properties and thus be able to know an authentic Mayan community, its culture and traditions.
Canoes, zip lines and cenotes are part of the package of activities that you can enjoy during your visit to this natural reserve, in addition to observing the spider monkey, which will be another great experience, families of monkeys live here, accustomed to people because they feel protected. They can be seen mainly in the mornings when they go out to look for food and in the afternoons when they return home.
Punta Reserva is located between the limits of Yucatan and Quintana Roo, about 14 km from Cobá.
