During your tour of the ruins of this city of approximately 40 buildings that make up five architectural complexes: Chaac, Dragons, Great Pyramid, North and South Complex, you will be able to appreciate different constructions, altars, well-preserved palaces, as well as utensils, tools, paintings murals and ceramics, vestiges that will allow you to learn more about Mayan history and culture.
It is considered, according to research, the most important prehistoric Mayan settlement on the island belonging to the late postclassic period (1200 to 1550 AD) dedicated to fishing, the production of honey, cotton, vegetables and copal.
