It is the main conventions and fairs centre of the resort. It is commonly used as the main site or alternative of the International Fairs of Tourism organized in the island, which is why is well equipped from a technological point of view to fulfill those purposes.

It has a main hall with capacity for 600 people and a series of smaller halls that provide a forum for smaller events, taking into account the amount of participants.

It also constitutes the Commercial Center of Varadero par excellence, due to the more than 30 shops it hosts. Likewise, it provides the organization of social meetings, festive or business banquets.
