Founded in June 1996, the Museum has five exhibition rooms that collect the secrets and history of the origins, elaboration and production of rum; from its obtaining as a by-product of the sugar cane honeys, to the aging and bottling process of the drink, treasuring interesting samples of Cuban rums.
The facility has a rum sales and tasting service in its tavern, with an area of typical rums from this eastern city. A special opportunity to taste the true flavor of Cuba.
