Located in the junction of the avenues Infanta and San Lázaro, one of the busiest and most famous corners in Havana, this gastronomic establishment seeks to quench the varied culinary appetites of its clients by means of a opening three independent areas, all suitably well stocked and furnished, these being: an elegant restaurant, a bakery and a bar.
The restaurant occupies the largest space within the compound with numerous tables readily available for the customers. This distinctive feature has allowed the place’s managers to avert the risks run by other similar establishments in the city of having patrons standing in unfortunately long lines to access the place because of diminished seating capacity. This restaurant, affording good taste, is dedicated very professionally to allowing the sampling of the most varied dishes of the so-called international cuisine centered on red meats, shellfish, fish and pasta, while also leaving some room on its menu for traditional Cuban food options.
The place, on lease by its owners from the Cuban state, harmoniously combines in its décor and interior design, raw red brick finishes with the maroon woodwork, and displays a decoration based on period photographs reminiscent of the original setting of Infanta and San Lázaro in the decade of the 50s of this past century.
In a not too distant future the Biky is also expected to have a gourmet restaurant on its upper floor.
