Situated in the old Plaza del Carmen, at the heart of the Historical City Center, it provides menu options relating to Cuban and international cuisine. Managed by the office of the Camagüey City Historian, the place can be quite appealing for its countrified interior decoration: featuring rustic wood and leather stools bordering each and every one of the tables, with wall paintings born of the creative genius of local plastic artists. It has a bar, a wine list, good recorded music and live performances, plus home delivery service.
Usually noted are the exquisiteness and good taste with which their menus are presented, the highlight being the house specialty: stuffed lamb blade, prepared boned and larded combining carrots and bacon, rolled and roasted, then sliced and served with mojo (a garlic sauce) and tomato salsa.
Opens its doors every day from 12:00 m until 12:00 p.m.
