This gastronomic establishment is managed by private enterprise and occupies the second and third storey of a small building originally raised as a family residence. It affords clients the choice of several eating areas, one in the air-conditioned dining room, or in the large terrace set up on the building’s rooftop where one can soak up the marine breeze arriving at the spot thanks to its proximity to the Baracoa seawall.
It offers à la carte service of Cuban cuisine, the standouts to be found among the varied assortment of traditional cookery dishes from this easternmost region of Cuba; the house specialty is fish filet in coconut milk.
There is a fine cocktail service available too while waiting to sit at the dinner tables thanks to its very diligent bar service. It imposes a dress code for its customers.
