A singular gastronomic site in the city of Baracoa, since the restaurant is set in an old wooden colonial house of a rustic sort, and upon entering the place one is struck with its very particular charm.
The establishment décor catches the eye, with all its walls displaying poems in Spanish resulting from the inspiration of the place’s owner, who commonly interacts with patrons presenting them with gifts and poems composed in the spur of the moment.
The food is served buffet style and is based on the typical cookery of the region: ajiaco, tamales, bacán, fish in coconut sauce, ram and fresh fish, etc.
